The customer service crew at NOAM is awesome. They worked with me to get my new controller sent out so I could get it installed. I replaced the old one with the new one and it is working awesome. Didn't get a chance to video but it was a quick instal and smooth operation. Thanks to the staff at NOAM for all there help. I will continue to go back for more products. Thanks again

Had to have a replacement due to my original one having issues. The staff at NOAM are awesome, they helped me in no time getting a replacement ordered and mailed out. Received it the other day and finally got time to install. It took about 30 minutes to install then tested it and it sounds great. Thanks for all the help....
