Embr Wave 2

It does NOT work. Dont waste your time or money. It only stays cold a few seconds, then stops, gets cold a few more seconds, then stops again. It didnt help the hot flashes at all.

The Embr Wave is a life saver! Ive been using it for almost a week and I am back to sleeping through the night!!

I’m still unsure about it. I’ve read it take awhile for your body to adjust. Regardless, if it works or not, in the long run the sensations of the cold and warm are kind of addicting. The cold gets ice cold. the warm is very pleasant. I still have a few weeks to decide if I’d like to keep it - and I probably will.
