I like the overnight cool option but i really dont like how hot thr unit itself gets. Im already having a hot flash, why would i want the unit to feel like an overheated phone.
When its not hot, i love the item. Needs some work.

It does NOT work. Dont waste your time or money. It only stays cold a few seconds, then stops, gets cold a few more seconds, then stops again. It didnt help the hot flashes at all.
