Key Replacements
I had to order new keys which requires you taking a picture of your locks to ensure they send the proper ones. First of all, it took forever to receive them. We finally get them and they do not work. This is beyond frustrating. I’m hoping they will rectify this quickly (I’ll update my review).

Different numbers, same key
I have two different key codes on my tent. I ordered a replacement key set for each lock. The keys that I got are identical and work in both locks. Why would they be the same if the keys codes are different? I’m wondering how many of these locks use the same code.

quick response
somehow how i managed to end up with a wrong set of spare keys for my RTT and found that out at the wrong time! they took action immediately and got me a set of working keys as quickly as they were able to which was greatly appreciated. Tent is awesome, I sleep better in RTT than when at home. Thank U.
