Kale Brooks Pullover

Good Quality, Tough Fabric, Small Sizing, Mistake In Order

I ordered 2 products, the Kale Brooks hoodie and the matching Kale Quesnel joggers. The fabric is rough but I don't see this as a flaw, since this tougher fabric should hold up better over time then softer fabric that pile. The sizing and fit on the hoodie is on the small side though. As a side note, the Kale Quesnel joggers I ordered were Large, but I received small. I looked to request an exchange but there is no option on the return portal for incorrect product, leaving me to request a return for a defective product. This seems to be a slower process as I still have not received instructions.
