As someone who has had sleep issues for a very long time (years), I am completely floored how well this product works for me. I take 2 tabs 2 hours before bed and have had more consistently deep, restful sleep than I have had in many, many, many years. (Still some wakefulness, but I fall back asleep quite easily) Completely not exaggerating. So glad I found a product that works well for me. Thank you.
