Maybe Overhyped Product?

I came in expecting amazing things, I think I listened to the hype a little too much and got too much in my head about what exactly to expect here. I believe I remember Dan C saying there was nothing like the in beard feel of this conditioner and rinsing it out, so I was expecting some god-tier softening and conditioning, but it just felt okay in beard after rinsing. Now don’t get me wrong, the product itself accomplished its purpose tremendously well, the conditioning itself is really good, like it does nourish and condition the beard, it helps the comb out for sure, and it’s definitely keeping my beard nice and healthy and helps replenish that beard after a wash, but that post-conditioner-wash-out feeling is pretty mid in shower and I was promised some amazing life-changing moment. In practice, on feels alone, this didn’t even come close to the old-school scotch porter conditioner and didn’t even beat some cheaper conditioners (like grave before shave) on the feels alone, although it does squarely beat the previously mentioned conditioner in overall conditioning and nourishing. It’s a great product but I got sold a bill that this was the best product on the market and after using it I’m not personally convinced, it’s definitely in the top 10, maybe top 5, but when it gets this hyped, I expect awesome nourishment and a great in beard feel. P. S the glue-bottle-style twist-top is goated, it helps manage the amount of product and is superior to just about any other dispensing method imho, really helps you dial in the right amount which is paramount with something like conditioner where less is indeed more.

Feels good, absolutely no scent

Makes my beard feel pretty good. I'm super sensitive to fragrances/perfumes, so the fact that this has absolutely no scent (literally smells like nothing) is a HUGE plus
