The flavor is great and it mixes well. I haven’t noticed any specific be benefits yet bc I’ve only taken it for 2 weeks. I could do without the “milky” appearance though.

I love even with stim it doesn’t give me the shakes like several over counter similar products do. Never had a bad product with this company!!

I have fallen in love with MELT since I started taking it a few years ago. I have to remind myself sometimes to eat when I’m taking it. This new flavor combo is absolutely delicious! One of my favorite ways to use MELT is making it into ice cubes and putting it in my water or homemade lemonade. If you have never tried it, you’re missing out on all the wonderful benefits! Thanks Bowmar and Lauren for creating such a yummy flavor!
