It’s my fault for not noticing this scale has a clock feature on it. The clock causes the little screen to be on all the time, thus running down the battery sooner than if the screen went black after weighing something. I guess I see no need for a clock on a scale. I’ll use it anyway but will buy a scale without a clock soon.

I’m not a terrific baker and gf baking/cooking has really been a challenge for me. Hopefully this scale will help. Tried two recipes so far. Chocolate Chip Bars and Lemon Meltaways Cookies. Turned out pretty good I think. Wish me luck on this journey.
