I ordered the 40X objective and it worked as exspected being new. In trying get the correct objective I made inquiry to the help desk who in turn co rated the people best able to help. Within a few days my order was made and within a few days in my possession and installed at my customers. Great experience which helped save my customer's scope and gained me respect for being able to get the part within a reasonable period of time. I owe it to the team action at MFIMedical.
