very disappointed with costumer service

I tried to reach customer service via email and through the website and NEVER received an answer. I paid for expedited shipping and my package arrived when I already left the country (I was supposed to bring my purchase as a donation to a Paraguayan Autism Center). I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years purchasing from CTS.
