Base coat Rebel Base works wonderfully with NOL, helped the lacquer last.
Patience Not Required excellent, quick drying with a high gloss.
Also probably help the lacquer last.

Wanted to try out a different brand of top/base coats and am very happy with these, would buy again. I did receive Moon Glow top coat instead of the quick dry but its no problem at all. Still dried hard and fast
