I use everyday for school- packing my lunch at 5am with 2 Coldkits. My lunch time is after 1pm and my food is always still chilled. (On a side note had major surgery and those flexible lightweight cold packs were better than any other product I had bought during recovery)

Love that the fit in the pocket. Would need more than one if you need to keep lunchbox cold cold in hot months
