I’m a beginner and I prefer thicker picks. These also have grips which makes it easier to strum.

My Favorite Picks
Nice grip. Excellent tone with no "chirp". They work well for all styles: Bebop on an archtop, Rock, Blues, funk. . . dirty or clean tones excel with these picks. Great harmonic overtones. Environmentally sustainable and a cool hand-made look. Quick delivery. This is likely my favorite tradional size/shape piick out there. Plenty of other shapes available as well. Plastic picks just can't compete. What's not to like?
