Amazing customer service!

This company's customer service is above and beyond! I ordered the 8" Poor Man's Plate Rack for my husband's birthday. While in transit the package was damaged and the contents lost. Brad was so wonderful. He immediately sent it out again, and it even arrived in time for my husband's birthday. Not only did he re-ship it, he also wrote and confirmed it's delivery!
