The Glif is the Best
Of all of the various iPhone grips for tripods and selfie sticks that I have tried, the Glif is, by far, the best. Most of the spring loaded ones are a pain in butt to get the phone in because the spring is so strong you need three hands to open it and insert the phone. By the time you get the phone in place, Bigfoot has left the area. The design of the Glif is far better - a reasonable spring and a locking lever to secure it once it’s in place. Less than 5 seconds - Bigfoot is still there!

Great iPhone Grip!
Super light and attaches securely and quickly. Works great with a wrist strap.

Great little phone tripod mount
With the 3 screw mounts I can set it up in and around all sorts of other pieces of lighting and audio
