I would give Ebloomsdirect a 10 if that was an option. The customer service was the best, Ana Segal you were so helpful! The flowers she helped me pick were perfect. They came on time, packed well, nothing crushed. Instruction on care were right on. Ana suggested the flowers arrive on Tuesday for my Saturday event, to give them time to fully open up. She was right. I ordered the 80 stem pack of Lisianthus. every stem was usable on Saturday! I am thankful to have found this company and will use them every time I need to order flowers. A top rated company in every way.
