I opted for in person pickup. Very easy process. They brought it to my car, and offered to load it in. Before loading it, they had me onspect each plant to ensure it met the quality I expected. This tree was actually bigger than I expected in terms of growth. I have ordered from them before and they were well packaged when I did. Overall great quality plant and customer service.
