Simple and easy purchase
I purchased a gift card, so I don’t have a product to review, but the purchase experience was simple and seamless. I called to inquire if I would receive an email that I could forward to the person I was gifting to, and the guy I talked with was very helpful. Have heard great things about the watches so I might have to buy one myself!

The best customer service I have received in quite some time
was great... we can not stop spreading hook + gaff love!! the experience from the get go has been phenom.. very very impressed. :) As I said before, customer service is a lost art, but you all have aced it!
