Ricki's Basic Cheese Making Kit

Great product! Made my first batch, a batch of feta, and it turned out great!

Very easy and fun to make. Tried a little early and it is very good. The instructions could be a little more explanatory in some of the steps, but we figured it out.

I got the first kit for me. It’s been so much fun making and tasting the cheeses I have made. We have invited several friends to taste my cheeses. I have gifted at least 3 kits to my friends. The hardest part is waiting for the cheese to age, but the farmhouse cheddar was worth the wait.
