Easy to read and informative
I finally had a chance to sit down and start reading through this, and I love it. REALLY good info presented in a way that doesn't feel dumbed down. I am learning that there is a lot more to making cheese than I thought, but I feel like with this book, I will be able to make some delicious cheese.
