Took a chance, exceeded expectations

I was hesitant to order because shipping was so much for a sample. I took a chance and put the order in. I was not disappointed when the final product arrived. I was expecting very cheaply pens that could barely write, but these were, to my surprise, solid pens. And they wrote very well. All in all, I'm willing to take a chance again. I placed the smallest order possible, so I know I'll need to refill soon and I know exactly where I'm going.

The service could have been better at Pens Xpress. From ordering to delivery was excellent. I would highly recommend this company
