I mostly bought this set because I wanted to try all the different flavors. Turns out I like them all! My favorite is the berry immunity which is the same flavor I randomly found at a cvs which lead me here. The cacao essentials tastes like a decadent treat and the chai is perfect. I wish all the flavors came in this set. I have since tried more flavors and still all my favorites are in this pack. I would say 4th is the mango greens (not included). The shots were a nice bonus. It was cool to see if I could stick to a regiment. I thought it would be harder to but the drinks are super filling and satisfying. I didn’t loose any weight because if anything I was consuming more than I typically do. I have ADD and as someone who legitimately forgets to eat and can feel overwhelmed when cooking or meal planning. These are great to have on hand when I finally realize I’m starving. I would do this program again.

This order was kind of a let down, i choose to buy this for myself for my birthday gift, i have gotten it before and they have always made me feel special when getting a shipment, but this time it did not include instructions how to do it and a little journal nto write in when doing the reset. Id made is no much more unpersonaloized, i could have went and bought it at the store but i was wanting for my special present to myslef to indulge and enjoy the expirence, i did one and a half days and just kept the other ones for otherdays one a day or however i decided. I emailed suport and told them about it and they send me a link for the instructions, i also could have done that myself, i wish they coulkd have offered a free order or for them to send what they forgot to add in the package i bought. Anyways, all is well.

I loved this program. I stayed really full and it tasted good. I felt like it was a good break for my digestion. I will order this again.
