Earring broke apart while trying it

The earrings arrived on schedule and looked really pretty. I was very happy with my order until I tried on the earrings. One wouldn‘t close properly. When I took it out to check what‘s wrong it fell apart in two pieces. I contacted Hey Harper customer support to get a replacement over two weeks ago but didn‘t hear back from them. I ordered Hey Harper jewelery and swimwear before and was happy with the quality whereas this has been a quite disappointing experience. I don’t think I‘ll purchase anything at Hey Harper again.

Lovely but Needs Better Closure Mechanism

The earrings are very beautiful and I love the design. However, I feel that the closure system is not strong enough. I actually had to order a new pair because one earring from my previous set fell off and got lost. I really hope this won’t happen again, but I have a feeling it might.
