A bit Short in coverage

While the awning is very practical and one person can set it up and close it down I was a bit disturbed when using it that the 2m advertised is not fully implemented in my Ezi-Awn Lite. When set up the awning fabric does not measure a full 2m (which coverted is 78.74"). This results in the awning fabric not covering the brace poles that are swung out from the awning mount support. The awning I got only measured 1.822m (or 71.75") ! I feel the company must have been cutting fabric a bit short for cost savings. When it rains, my support poles do not have coverage. Also, the instructions mention having velcro tabs sewn into the awing cover and those are supposed to wrap around the support brace poles that are inserted into the outside fabric tie down that is then supported by the ground poles. The design is great but in my case the product has been cheapened by these mistakes.
