Fraying after 1 use

I wanted to buy a real silk bow tie from a company that isn't going to send me a cheap satin bow tie from temu. I bought this one and it felt nice at first, but after wearing it one time it is already fraying in all the areas where the bowtie rubs on itself (which is a lot of places). I was able to gently shave off the fuzzy/fraying bits with a disposable razer and get it looking nice again (similar trick to cutting fraying/pilling on shirts or pants). Hopefully it holds up, but I expected better from The Tie Club and a 100% silk tie.

The bow tie was perfect. The shipping was not so great (not the vendor’s fault, issue was strictly with the courier), and the customer service was amazing at resolving the issue.
