Nice product. Bad service and quality control

The items are well constructed. Feel solid to the touch. When they fit correctly they work well and are comfortable. They do filter the light as described. However, $30 restocking fee for outside of Norway seems excessive. Along with that, five out of the seven glasses I ordered came with bent and or warped frames that would not fit correctly. When reaching out to customer service, I was told to take it to my local eyeglass store and they would cover the cost. When requesting for a refund and return, they would not waive the fee. You have to pay your own shipping and they only respond with generic emails. They're very slow to respond and they don't work with you on the issues. Customer service and quality control needs improvement. For that reason, I'm giving the company a three even though their products could easily be a five star. But the company needs to improve for the product to be rated that highly.
