Really helpfull but a little dark
I live in norway so the sun doesnt set at evenings at summer so this helps a lot for getting my night time rythm. I got the red ones. I love them, but takes a little getting used to since they darken a lot. I am considering also buying the lighter ones and only do the red ones right before bedtime. Really good quality. Its comfortable to have them on, and they are sturdy enougv that I dare have them on in bed
