Good Products, Poor Shipping Experience.

★★★☆☆ (3/5) The products themselves are good quality, and I have no complaints about what I've received. However, my experience with the shipping has been disappointing. The first time I ordered from this company, it took almost a month for my order to arrive. If customers are paying for delivery and the company states a delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days, then orders should arrive within that timeframe. I understand that delays can happen, but if there are any issues causing delays, customers should be informed. Clear communication is important and helps manage expectations. The products are good, but the shipping and lack of communication have let the overall experience down for me, which is why I am giving 3 out of 5 stars.
