Barhi Dates-Yellow

They came boiling hot and melted. They were inedible. They smelled like vinegar after three washes, and only two or three stems worth were edible. Their customer service was awful. They emailed me back once and said that that’s the way it is and when I gave them two more pictures and explained what was wrong, that I understood that they come in different forms of ripeness. But this was a little bit different than that. They never email me back.

Barhi Dates

The dates are my favorite because of the Crunch and hint of bitter sweetness. My second order arrived and there was a lot of ripe almost rotten. I was a bit disappointed because my first order did not have that issue but I’m not sure why my second order arrived that way. Other than that issue I love the dates.

So disappointing because this was my second time ordering ( no issues with my first order, just my second order) The dates were soften, rotten, way to ripen, when contacting i was told that is was normal. Took Nut king several days to reply ,i send pictures and told them they were not eatable because i like the crisp/crunch . Then i was told i would get a refund to the account to this day im still waiting on them to reply back and for my refund .
