The trainer Heidi, was knowledgable and made us feel comfortable and asked what issues we had or what we wanted to work on. She answered all our questions and gave us helpful advice. I learned more than I thought I would learn, through practical hands on work on the most syphisticated coffee machines. I came away happier and a smarter amateur barista.

I enjoyed the class and personal approach to teaching latte art. Heidi is a very experienced barrista, she will meet you at the level you're currently at and go from there.
