Replacement PCB Board

I ordered this part after our Zero Installation Purifier stopped working. The lights on the purifier were not lit. After checking power and the power cord, we ordered the PCB board. After installing the new part, our purifier works just fine and we can enjoy the great tasting water again. Installation is very easy.

No help

I have a useless filter, I bought the membrane and filters, received a new board and nothing. No Amount of troubleshooting has helped and I’ve already sent several emails for assistance and no one has reached out.

My RKIN reverse osmosis filtering system suddenly stopped filtering. Barbara patiently listened to the issue and spent almost an hour with me to investigate the issue. She was very friendly. She will be shipping me few parts for free to see if it fixes the issue. Hopefully it fixes the issue. One of the best customer support I have seen in recent times. Thank you Barbara for all the help.
