Excellent sound, lightweight, and keeps ears cool. I am in IT and use headphones for an entire workday, often over 10 hours. I chose these to replace my Sony noise cancelling headphones, as over a day their pressure and ear temperature made me have to remove them occasionally. These Koss headphones have a pressure switch, large earpad options, and over the ear design that combine to make it easy to forget their presence. Also, the sound quality is very good for the price, I listen to music and it is great. I have not used the mic for calls yet as my desk has a high-quality mic that is my usual method. The only scenario that I wouldn't recommend them would be if you had a lot of background noise that needs suppression.
