Little things make a big difference
The Koss in-ear phones were a gift, but I was pleasantly surprised by the"personal" touches like an email thanking me for my purchase and the signed card in the packaging outlining the history of the company, Most importantly my husband commented on the quality of the Koss product (after trying many others) and the shape of foam in this model does work for his unusual ears :-)

Awesome earphones, just wish they were still sold in New Zealand!! Good enough I still buy direct from Koss USA!!
