Such a great value fish, rainbow trout is a much more subtle flavour than salmon but has lots of potential. Choose to have it on its own, filleted or as butterfly fillets. Delicious when accompanied with stronger, more contrasting spicy flavours.

Excellent, as always. Superb quality fish delivered by a lovely friendly driver. I have been using this company regularly for a long time and will continue to do so. Cannot fault this company, their produce and service are outstanding
