Great customer service
I’ve an ongoing issue with the brakes on my hardtail bike. The lads put in time above and beyond to try and get to the bottom of the issue, including having to pedal my small bike repeatedly up the hill by the shop for test runs. Sorry about your knees fellas, appreciate your efforts!

Great
My only teeny tiny complaint is that I order a black adapter and it comes with silver bolts. At £20 I'm sure Hope can include bolts that are of a similar shade to the adapter they come with.
No complaints with the adapter itself and shipping from 20Twenty was prompt.
