MouthShield

I really hate writing reviews! However, MouthShield has been so helpful to my sleep and my wife's sleep, that I realize how much that assistance needs to be recognized. I've tried many aids over the years to keep my mouth closed during CPAP therapy. Nothing has been satisfactory until MouthShield. My wife is grateful not having her sleep disturbed any longer.

It has really made a huge difference - better than tape (for me at least). I was desperate to get through the night - once you get used to the Mouthshield (takes several nights, but you will get there) it does the job. Thank you.

Solved my open mouth sleeping problem

I have a horrible problem sleeping with my mouth open. The dry mouth is unpleasant, but terrible for your teeth. In the past I have tried many mouth tapes. I hated applying it, and over all never had a pleasant experience. The mouthshield is completely different in that regard. Very easy to get on-and-off. Never woken me in the middle of the night. Easy to keep clean, and very comfortable to wear.
