I'm new to flower essences, but after the loss of my husband recently I found that Heart-Heal was helpful - even comforting. So much so, that I gifted a friend who was grieving. I'm looking forward to trying Self Love - the scent of roses is my favorite. I always have to say their product presentation and packaging is so thoughtful...a real treat at every turn.

A great way to uplift your sprit and soul

As a caretaker of eight rescue cats at my house, as well as multiple community cats at various locations, and with the "adventures" of work and caring for family and elderly friends and all of the "junk' in the world I needed something to help uplift and revive me during the day, this aromatherapy is purrfect, I put a little on me throughout the day, and the scent reminds me of being on vacations at the beach or on a cruise ship, and for a few moments I'm in my "happy place" it has helped me get through many stressful or anxiety filled moments, and I highly recommend it, it's easily carried in my backpack and is used daily.
