Winter Ginger
I'm a big fan of Ginger cookies and this is one of my favorites. Like this cookie and others from Absolut cookies, i vacuum seal them individually then put them in the freezer. This way anytime I feel like my favorite type of cookie I know I will have one on hand. In doing this I usually order 15-20 cookies at a time. I usually have either oatmeal raisin or oatmeal chocolate chip with my coffee every Saturday & Sunday morning and now I know I always have them available.
