So delicious!
Olivo Amigo olive oil has been a favorite of mine for quite a while. I drizzle it on bread by itself or with roasted tomatoes, on pasta and over Andalusian tomato soup. More recently, I drizzled it over Soupe au Pistou and used it in making the Mediterranean Cod recipe from the Ole cookbook. Absolutely fabulous! Olivo Amigo olive oil is a delicious accompaniment to and enhancer of so many foods;it is an essential resource in my kitchen.
