More than a grading tool
I am a general contractor that build interior buildouts for retail stores and restaurants. This has helped me accurately measure the perimeter walls to help design the interior space. It has cut down my time of measuring the space by more than half.

This is a great time saver and helps make figuring out total area and linear foot measurements easy. I am still learning all of the "extras" but even if I never fully utilize all of the features, I feel like it was a worthwhile purchase for the time savings on the basic measuring tasks alone.
