Great Customer Service
The straw of our Owala freestyle would not stay connected to the lid. A quick email, photos and video to the customer service team and a new lid was headed our way. Now it works perfectly! Appreciate Owala standing by their quality assurance.

I ordered several cups and I like them all except one color I didn’t love. I looked into shipping it back, but you guys charge for us to ship it back so I wasn’t thrilled about that look into providing free shipping for customers both ways other than that, I love the Cups.

Straws don't fit in lids well
I have tried my owala straws in different free sip lids and some straws are super loose which causes them to not get great suction and fall out. I also have straws that can't even be pushed into the lid with all my strength. These should be standardized.
