You can purchase an 8130-3 airworthiness release certificate if you require one. 8130-3 form is Not FAA required to provide airworthiness evidence, some repair stations, public use (government) aircraft and foreign governments require an 8130-3. The part is approved under an STC and manufactured under a PMA.
