Sleep Complex

Having tried so many products and sleep hygiene techniques I was sceptical but also still willing to try anything & everything I can to help me sleep. I can usually fall asleep relatively easily but wake up numerous times during the night and sometimes can’t get back to sleep. I was drawn to the natural ingredients in Earths secret sleep complex and the science behind it sounded pretty convincing…. I’ve been taking the capsules for about 3 weeks now and whilst I can’t say they’re a miracle cure I am finding I’m getting more REM & deep sleep than I was so will continue to take them, thank you! I marked a star down because it would be great if the sleep complex included magnesium rather than having to buy that separately.

Great product, whilst it doesn't help me fall asleep its amazing at making my sleep better and deeper. Slight floral taste to capsules but well worth it.

My experience is that it hasn’t really done much for my sleep. It may be that I’m stressed and can’t relax but I tend to wake after about 5 or 6 hours and then I start thinking and can’t relax enough to sleep.
