Slip up but satisfied.

Bully Sticks from Redbarn well liked by my 6 mo old Golden. I had purchased a few at a retail pet supply and once he liked them I decided to purchase $200 dollars worth directly from Redbarn at a significantly lower price. Only problem was the order got mixed up with someone else’s and I got four huge rawhide type chews. After contacting customer service, they apologized and expedited a new order, gave me some extras, and told me to keep the four chews. All is good and I will order again.

Great! After ordering and receiving stale dog treats (as well as way past expiration dates) from other sources on more than one occasion, it's been truly wonderful to receive the freshest products from Redbarn!

This brand makes really good products that I trust, and which my dogs like.
