Raw order was not delivered by fed ex on time and juice was delivered warm. Contacted Raw and they issued a new order that came with a different shipper and was delivered cold, fresh, and on time! Appreciate the effort Raw made to fix issue. I am ready to order again!!

This a cold pressed product. Should not be over 38 degrees. It arrived a day late. Proof by FEDEX tracking. The box was beat up. The ice packs were completely thawed out and the product was wayyy above temperature. I filed a claim and still haven’t heard back from them.
