Phenomenal Customer Service!!!! And most important to me is that they are very patient over there because I must’ve called probably 27 times trying to check up on my KOA prayer jacket and it came and it’s phenomenal just as it was before I lost my last ones several years ago, and I’ve been sad until today and now I’m so happy to have it in my arms again
