Great Product
We used 10 # for a 7 BBL batch of an Apricot Wheat beer. If my math (and memory) are right that's about 2/3 of the way into the recommended usage range. The result is a very balanced finish, the apricot is in the background and comes out in the finish but not overly or cloyingly sweet. Great product!
