Mango Extract Water Soluble

It tastes and smells just like mango. Very accurate.

As a lifetime mango lover, I had my reservations about this product but decided to order it and use it with caution. I made a loaf of bread, added a little less than a teaspoon but the mango taste was right. I'm very satisfied and will try some other fruit flavors.

Great for Baking

I always add 4 teaspoons to my (2) loaf mango bread recipe Intensifies mango flavor especially when using previously frozen mango puree.
