Square Tip Tweezer

Scuffed, no response to email

I own a few Regine Tweezers of different styles. All of them excellent…the best quality. These however arrived with a rough spot on the tweezer tip. Tried to contact the company for an exchange…by email twice, and by the contact form on the website…no response from the company. Disappointing. I’ll have to challenge it in my credit card.
