Too small luggage strap. Not wide enough to easily slip on and off luggage handle but all else is nice.

Executive review
The bag is great but has one flaw from my perspective. The big storage area has to be opened by 2 side vertical zippers that make it very difficult to get something out from the bottom without opening the bag all the way. This means a lot of smaller items will fall out while you are looking in the opened bag instead of it having a being opened only partially through a horizontal zipper.

Great bag
I love this bag. I have a lot of laptop backpacks, but this is my go to bag carrying my laptop and tablet!!
